Brew: Mead IV (Pear)

While brewing Brother Fat Joseph we had some time during the boil to make some mead, so we did :)

This mead is super simple: 3 pears (quite ripe), ~15 cut raisins, 1g of Coriander fruits (crushed up in mortar) and enough water to fill my 5L carboy.

I forgot to measure starting gravity :( . I used "WYEAST 4184 Sweet Mead" and some yeast nutrient, it started up quite well.
