Brew: Mead III (Quince)

Made with homemade Quince juice (lots of work) & ~1kg of honey.

I used Benton (clay) to help with the clearup, but I should have let it settle out longer.
It came to ~8% VOL, and has almost no carbonation.

This was more of an experiment, the color is quite strange (almost pink). After about a month it tasted like it still needed some aging.
